Cliantech to Equip Bluebird Solar’s 800 MW Solar Production Line

Cliantech Solutions is set to install an 800 MW fully automated solar panel manufacturing line for Bluebird Solar at their new state-of-the-art facility in Greater Noida. 
The partnership between Cliantech Solutions and Bluebird Solar aims to enhance production capabilities and meet the growing demand for solar energy solutions. This expansion is a critical step towards achieving higher efficiency and scalability in solar module manufacturing, aligning with global renewable energy goals.
Situated in Greater Noida, Bluebird Solar’s expansive solar panel manufacturing facility is dedicated to manufacturing and warehousing. Its advanced, ISO-certified solar panel manufacturing process is highly automated, integrating AI-driven machinery for the production of solar PV modules.
Bluebird Solar currently has a production capacity of 400 MW. The installation of the new 800 MW line which will be operational by the end of August 2024 will elevate the company’s total capacity to 1.2 GW. 
Cliantech’s success comes from its strategic partnerships with leading technology companies such as GAORUN, which ensures its customers access to maximum quality at minimal cost. The suppliers in this project are Gaorun (Line Automation), Visual (laminators), Asicpy (EL Tester), and HSPV (Sun Simulator/IV Tester). 
Furthermore, Cliantech Solutions and Bluebird Solar have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for an additional 600 MW production line, which is slated to become operational in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2024. This move is expected to bolster Bluebird Solar’s position in the market, making them a notable player in the renewable energy sector.
