Surat-based Rayzon Solar has signaled its commitment to its already string momentum will continue as it signed a major agreement with Cliantech Solutions to launch a 5 GW solar production line. The signing was done at the REI Expo in Noida. The Chirag Nakrani and Hardik Kothiya founded firm has been in the limelight for its aggressive marketing moves and has announced a 12 GW target for capacities, a journey that started with just a 40 MW capacity in 2017-18. For the still young ‘startup’ the journey to 12 GW will make it one of the fastest to get there in India.
With the latest signing, Rayzon Solar is poised to significantly enhance its production capabilities, gearing up for mass manufacturing of high-efficiency photovoltaic (PV) modules that will cater to the growing global demand for green energy.

Currently operating at a capacity of 4 GW, the firm is looking to commission 3 GW in January 2025, 2 GW in March, and an additional 3 GW scheduled for September, marking a substantial leap forward in the company’s growth trajectory.
For the 2019 founded, Greater Noida based Cliantech Solutions,  the deal marks a significant milestone in the firm’s journey. Cliantech Solutions has signed a deal with Sahaj Solar to set up a 1.5 GW solar module production line, cementing a major partnership at this year’s REI Expo. 
The deal includes an initial order for 750 MW of solar modules, which Sahaj Solar confirmed on October 3. The remaining 750 MW is scheduled to be commissioned after Q2 2025.
Cliantech attributes its continued success to strategic partnerships with leading technology providers. In this particular project, Cliantech will utilise advanced solutions from partners such as GAORUN (for line automation), Visual (laminators), Asicpy (EL Tester), and HSPV (Sun Simulator/IV Tester) to ensure optimal quality and cost-effectiveness. Solar module manufacturing equipment supplier Cliantech Solutions has announced that the company has bagged a multi-gigawatt order from solar PV module manufacturer INA Solar.
The partnership between Cliantech Solutions and INA Solar aims to enhance production capabilities and meet the growing demand for solar energy solutions. This expansion is a critical step towards achieving higher efficiency and scalability in solar module manufacturing, aligning with renewable energy goals.
Recently, INA Solar signed an MoU with the Rajasthan government, committing INR 10,000 crore to renewable energy projects, including solar power generation, rooftop solutions, and solar parks.
Further, the company has multiple orders in the pipeline. For instance, INA Solar has secured an INR 208.32 crore order from Zetwork Manufacturing Business to supply 550 Wp solar PV modules for NTPC’s Khavada, Gujarat. It has also received an INR 71.40 crore order from ACME Cleantech Solutions to supply solar PV modules. Both these order needs to be fulfilled in FY 2024-25.
To meet these growing demands, INA Solar is enhancing its solar module production capacity to multi-gigawatt, consolidating its position as a dominant force in India’s green energy revolution. The company is also setting up a cell manufacturing facility and aluminium frames manufacuting facility.
Last month, INA Solar raised INR 402 crore from investors through preferential allotment of equity shares to fund these ambitious expansion plans.

Bluebird Solar currently has a production capacity of 400 MW. The installation of the new 800 MW line which will be operational by the end of August 2024 will elevate the company’s total capacity to 1.2 GW.
